1) Today I learnt the four walls of well being.
2) My physical well being is in a average condition 
3) The things that I do well to look after my taha tinana well being are sleeping the right mount of time drinking enough water through out the day.
4) The things I could do better for my physical well being are not eating a lot of junk food 
5) This dimensions is one of the four dimensions that I do need to work on, I need to work on are social skills
